But, if you are looking forward to a good report ...not hearing one may diminish hope.
In the business of reporting news for viewership numbers, sadly, bad news seems to edge out any good news.
Why is that?
Is it that we don't what any impending doom to be hidden from us? Or does it make us feel like we are moved to act and get involved in remedying the situation? I hope that it is not that it makes us feel better to see that someone else may be not fairing as well as us.
