Is the most current news the best, or is there a tendency to be quick to get out the news ...and equally as eager to believe the first we hear?

How about old news?  Is old news a part of what we accept ...and call history?

And how reputable is our history?  

Do we believe what we are told happened a couple thousand years ago?

How about the 'Good News' which we refer to as the 'Gospel'?

It may seem rather old news to some people ...but it's still the 'best' news.

And seeing that it is so old, it is sad that so many have still not heard it.

Do we not realize that Christmas is really the birth of the Christ child?  And much is said of the events following the birth of the baby Jesus.  Easter is not just a pagan celebration to most people ...it is the Resurrection, after the death of Jesus.

Yes, this seems rather basic ...but how many still don't get it, or choose not to believe it??
